Lions Sue Hanson and Richard Gessling of the Billings Lions Club, along with a friend prepared and cooked three meals for 30 people. The meals were frozen to be used when necessary by the staff. We got a tour of an apartment that was an example of the accommodations.
The Ronald Mac Donald House has added many new units over the years and now has close to twenty. Our club last year and this will be donating food and presents to the Ronald MacDonald House at our Christmas Party.
All donations accepted on lionsclubs.org support Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF), which is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charitable organization. Lions Clubs International (LCI) is a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt social welfare organization and is not eligible to accept or solicit charitable donations. All LCI administrative costs are paid solely through dues, while 100% of funds raised through LCI fundraisers goes directly into funding community projects.
