Billings Heights Donates Defibrillator

The Billings Heights Lions were doing Plus Optix screening at the Canyon Creek School located between Billings and Laurel.  They were asked if the club could help with the purchase a defibrillator for their school as they did not have the funds in their budget. The school nurse said she would purchase a unit herself if no aid was available. The Billings Heights Lions decided that their club could purchase a refurbished unit for about $750.

The school nurse purchased a two-year service contract through a donation to the club’s foundation. This unit is capable of youth and adult usage and was delivered May 5th at 1:00pm.
